Voting has started for the first phase of the West Bengal and Assam assembly elections. Votes will be cast here from 7 am to 6:30 pm amid tight security. First, votes are being cast for 30 assembly seats in 5 districts of Bengal, then voting is going on in 47 seats of Assam. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the people about voting.
